Domus Vitae is a private aesthetic medicine practice in San Diego. The name is Latin: the house of life.
We hold to the older sense of restraint, not less for its own sake, but only what a face actually asks for. A face is read the way one reads a room: for proportion, for light, for what is already right and best left alone. What we change, we change by degrees, so that afterward nothing looks done. You look rested. You look like yourself.
FULL FACIAL APPROACH
The face is treated as a whole, not a set of separate fixes. A few methods, each used with intention.

Structure, restored where time has softened it. Fillers and biostimulators replace lost volume and rebuild support beneath the skin - placed strategically, to restore pre-existing fullness and to bring the face back into proportion.

Softened, never stilled. A neuromodulator relaxes the specific muscles that etch expression lines over time. Dosed to your face rather than to a formula, it eases those lines while your expression stays unmistakably your own.

The old surface, let go. A controlled peel lifts away the outer layer of tired skin so fresher, more even skin can surface - its strength matched to your skin and your aim, from a light refresh to deeper renewal.

The skin, encouraged to renew itself. Fine channels prompt the skin's own repair, refining texture, tone, and fine lines over a series of sessions.

The body's own materials, put back to work. Growth factors drawn from your own blood (PRP) and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) support healing and the quality of the skin from within.
